HOUSE BILL NO. 313 "An Act authorizing a pilot program relating                                     
to state procurement and the use of electronic commerce tools; and                                  
providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                                          
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator                                   
Elton objected.                                                                                     
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated HOUSE BILL NO. 313 will be on the May                                   
17 calendar.
